All of our stores are now open for business and our knowledgeable staff will be on hand with expert advice to help you find the right products for your needs.

You will be greeted by a personal shopper who will discuss your needs, help find the perfect product for you and demonstrate the product before offering a zero contact handover.

We are currently accepting card payments only.

We are striving to offer the best possible service in these circumstances but please bear with us as our usual 5 star customer experience is somewhat hampered and services available limited.

All of our stock is available to browse on our website, with new stock coming in every week.



SERVICING & 6 WEEK CHECKS

We are currently prioritising essential key workers, those whose only way of getting to work is their bike and to support recent bike purchases with any issues.

Our 6 week checks on new bikes are still available if you are experiencing issues. If you're not currently experiencing any issues we will extend our usual 6 week period to 16 weeks. If you do start experiencing any issues with your bike at any time please call us to book it in for a service.



ONLINE SHOPPING

Online sales are continuing to operate as usual, however be aware that in some cases our delivery times may be longer than expected.

Click & Collect orders are being carried out using a zero contact handover process, a member of staff will call you to arrange a time to collect your order once it has been processed.

A: We are getting our stores ready for this right now. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience but at present customers cannot presently enter our stores. Q: What bikes do you have for sale under £500?

A: You can browse all of our stock on our website.


Q: I want to know if something is in stock / when it is coming into stock?

A: All of our stock is made available to browse on our website, Contact us for availability of new stock coming in.


Q: Can I use a government £50 service voucher?

A: We are getting ready for these being released as we speak.


Q: When are Trek Marlins coming back into stock?

A: They are back in stock now but selling fast, they will appear on the website as soon as they arrive.


Q: I need advice about a product I have seen on your website / I want to check am I buying the right thing?

A: We are here to help, call your nearest store and we will help you make sure you are buying the right product for your needs.


Q: I need technical advice about an issue I am having with my bike?

A: Please contact your nearest store for advice, we may need to see your bike to properly advise you.


Q: Are you still offering demo bikes?

A: No. Due to current circumstances we are not currently able to offer loaning of demo bikes.


Q: Where is my web order? / there is an issue with my web order

A: Please accept our sincere apologies if you are having any issues with your order. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us on 01823 252499. If you are experiencing any issues with your order please contact us straight away.


Q: Is my Click & Collect order ready to collect?

A: Please accept our sincere apologies if you are having any issues with your order. A member of staff should call you to arrange a time to collect your order once it has been processed. If you have not received notification within 5 days please contact the store you are collecting your items from for an update.
