After 19th July wearing a mask in our stores is no longer mandatory only advised. Our staff will however continue to wear a mask for your safety.
SERVICING & 6 WEEK CHECKS
We are currently accepting all service jobs, carrying out 6 week checks and are accepting government £50 service vouchers.
Online sales are continuing to operate as usual, however be aware that in some cases our delivery times may be longer than expected.
Click & Collect orders are being carried out as usual. You will be contacted as soon as your order is ready to collect.

A: All of our current stock is made available to browse on our website. However if you come in store or call us you are able to pre-order bikes before they arrive in store.

A: We are here to help, call your nearest store and we will help you make sure you are buying the right product for your needs.
Q: I need technical advice about an issue I am having with my bike?
A: Please contact your nearest store for advice, we may need to see your bike to properly advise you.
Q: Are you still offering demo bikes?
A: No. Due to current circumstances we are not currently able to offer loaning of demo bikes.

A: Please accept our sincere apologies if you are having any issues with your order. A member of staff should call you to arrange a time to collect your order once it has been processed. If you have not received notification within 5 days please contact the store you are collecting your items from for an update.
