We are very excited with the changes that are taking place in the cycle trade and within our business. To provide our customers with improved levels of service and to match our increasing sales performance, we have an exciting apprentice opening for a Salesperson at out Taunton store.
Apprentice Salesperson
We have always been keen to give young people an opportunity to develop retail sales skills and many of our great staff joined us in this way. If you are a young person or know one with a keen interest in cycling and a desire to work in a sales environment please get in touch. We are developing a very thorough sales training program along with real on the job experience that will ensure if it’s in you we will bring it out!
About Us
The Bicycle Chain has just celebrated 23 years in business and now has three of the largest independent cycle stores in the South West. We stock the top selling bike brands which allows our customers to choose the model that most suits their needs.
The business reputation has been built on providing excellent service to both our customers and suppliers. Due to our store size we are able to stock products to cater to for every discipline in cycling and we are always aiming to promote the latest trends as well as the traditional.
Location
We are currently looking to recruit in our Taunton store.
Working Hours
This is a full time position. We trade 7 days a week and operate a rota system which aims to share out weekend days off evenly between the sales team.
Salary
We have recently introduced a new wage structure that rewards personal performance and is open ended so the more you achieve the more you earn. We greatly value our staff and aim to always reward above the industry average.
