What are electrolytes?
Electrolytes are tiny particles that carry electrical charges. They help the body maintain proper function. When you sweat, Nuun's electrolyte blend plays a key role in maintaining water balance at a cellular level.

What's in a Nuun Sport tablet?
Electrolyte breakdown:
- Sodium (300mg) - aids fluid balance/retention, nerve function & muscle contractions
- Potassium (150mg) - alleviates and prevents muscle cramping
- Magnesium (25mg) - aids in muscle function & relaxation
- Calcium (13mg) - supports bone health and regulates muscle contractions & heart rhythm
- Chloride (40mg) - helps move fluids in and out of cells, important for electrolyte and fluid balance
Product update (Nuun Sport vs Nuun Active/Boost)
There are 2 updates to the electrolyte profile for Nuun Sport:
1. Addition of Chloride: Our electrolyte blend now features all 5 electrolytes. Chloride plays a key role in fluid transport and electrolyte balance.
2. Re-optimised amounts of sodium and potassium: Research has shown that an approximate Sodium/Potassium ratio of 2:1 is ideal for H20 absorption. The updated formula features a bit less sodium, and a bit more potassium to reach this ratio.

When you buy a bike from us in the store or come to collect your Click & Collect order we will adjust your new bike to fit you.
This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.
When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service at your nearest Bicycle Chain store within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.
The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
