This feature will enable a 10Hz broadcast rate from a KICKR connected via Wi-Fi or a KICKR Direct Connect module. This allows for faster power updates up to 10x per second and a more responsive avatar while riding in virtual worlds making riding and racing more realistic.

KICKR Race Mode updates power upon each flywheel revolution. During a high speed sprint this can be up to 10 times per second, allowing the app to capture small peaks in wattage that aren’t reflected with slower broadcast rates.

Slower data broadcasts can create gaps in power data transmission. Over the course of a race, data gaps can cause your avatar to surge and lag, making it hard to pace and draft effectively. By relaying data faster to the app, KICKR Race Mode helps you realize the full picture of your effort, so you can be more responsive and better execute your race strategy.

This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.
When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service at your nearest Bicycle Chain store within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.
The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
