Prepare for an unparalleled ride with the DT Swiss EXC 1501. This front wheel boasts a bespoke 30 mm wide carbon rim design ? a technologically advanced upgrade that further enhances DT Swiss' signature wheel system. It's the third-generation Spline 1 wheel, known for its unmatched alloy MTB performance, providing an exquisite blend of reliability, ride quality, and superior weight ratios.

Engineered in the competitive environment of the Enduro World Series, the EXC 1501 is the resilient all-rounder. It's crafted to endure high-impact riding, providing the necessary robustness without burdening you on uphill climbs. This front wheel embodies DT Swiss' unceasing dedication to enhanced performance without compromising on agility.

The heart of the EXC 1501 is the innovative Ratchet EXP 240 hubs. It's the epitome of simplicity and reliability, yet the lightest 240 hubs DT Swiss has ever made. This enhancement not only decreases the number of moving parts inside the hub, but also boosts overall stiffness, prolongs bearing lifespan, and reduces drag. Yet, the design still allows easy, tool-free servicing ? even trailside repairs are possible if needed.

Leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of quality, the EXC 1501 utilises new Swiss-made Comp Race spokes, which are butted down to 1.6 mm. This not only shaves off weight but also ensures a more comfortable, damped ride. It perfectly offsets the extra stiffness usually associated with the move to a carbon rim. This design principle further manifests the advantage of having the entire wheel system designed and manufactured in-house by DT Swiss.

These front wheels come with both Shimano MICRO SPLINE and SRAM XD freehubs, seamless tubeless tape, and lightweight premium tubeless valves. With a maximum recommended system weight of 130 KG, the EXC 1501 boasts resilience and performance in a lightweight composition. The weight for the 27.5-inch wheel is approximately 760 grams, while the 29-inch measures around 828 grams.

Choose DT Swiss EXC 1501 for an exceptional wheel system designed to tackle any trail.
