The modern and minimal design of the MET Urbex Mips helmet is inspired by a generation of cyclists who are changing urban mobility. This helmet is made safer by the NTA certification, the world's first safety standard developed specifically for eBike riders. The NTA-certified MET Urbex Mips is designed to dissipate significantly more impact energy compared to a standard helmet. It features an NTA EPS shell with 10% more impact-tested coverage around the back and temples, making it one of the safest helmets out there. The MET Urbex Mips also includes the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, which allows the helmet to slide relative to the head in case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. This adds an extra layer of protection to the standard construction of the helmet. For maximum visibility, the MET Urbex Mips comes with the MET Magnetic USB Led Light. This light is attached on the upper back part of the helmet and has four operation modes: steady red light, blinking red light, strobe red lights, and an automatic night-safe mode marked by a steady blue led. The light is water-resistant, has 25 led spotlights, and provides up to 8 hours of battery life. In terms of comfort and fit, the MET Urbex Mips is exceptionally comfortable and secure on the head. It has a refined internal shape and features the MET Safe-T Heta fit system, which offers all-round adjustment and an individual fit. The straps are well positioned and customizable, thanks to the adjustable divider for ease of use and reliability. The helmet also has a magnetic Fidlock® strap fastening system for easy securing, and the padded chin strap ensures a soft-touch on the skin. The MET Urbex Mips has a range of other features, including an in-mould polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner for enhanced durability, extended head coverage for deeper head protection, and an anti-insect net embedded into the front vents. The hand washable comfort pads and internal engineered air channelling improve ventilation and comfort. The helmet also has reflective rear decals for enhanced visibility on the road. The MET Urbex Mips is available in three sizes (S: 52-56cm, M: 56-58cm, L: 58-61cm) and comes in a weight range of 360g to 430g, depending on the size. It is certified with CE, US, and NTA standards, ensuring its quality and safety. This helmet is perfect for eBike riders who prioritize safety, comfort, and visibility on the road.
